Service
The ENAC helps and provide service within the capacity of it’s abilities. To some they are very significant with great impact and for other just enough to be helped along the line but you might be surprised. There is never a moment just to ask and to contact and request some service.

Collaboration
Collaboration is the keyword of this era, nothing is real disconnected. Understand your landscape. “If you don’t understand where you are, it’s hard to set out goals”. The worst case scenario is that you spend energy in activities in time and often also finance and find out it wasn’t effective.

Networking
In an increasing world of health organisation, networks, alliances and in certain ranks, orders and some accessible and some not, it helps to have a persons you can contact to give some guidance. This can be in advise or even very concrete bring you in contact helping those in a novice position towards experience. Or even so, for organisation looking for individual nurses in Europe. “It’s not about who you know but, who knows you”

Specialization in Nursing: “There is no such thing as excelling in general”. It does matter what you are going to do, what you can distinguish yourself in. After all, you have to constantly focus on something you are good at, you can be amazed yourself. But it is not possible without keeping in mind what will be of value to you in the future.
The real genius is the person who not only through study or books but has thought long and hard, has seen a lot in silence and experienced and is not aware of his talent. But only becomes aware of that talent when he has the chance, the circumstances present themselves to apply what he learned at that moment and able to use them.
You only find out when you’re dealing with a nursing specialist, is when all’s done based on a higher level of knowledge and competence, and with wide experience it’s complete and looks natural and provides trust.
